Changes in Delivery Schedules during the Corona pandemic (Covid 19)
Fyi, according to Tokedia’s appeal to us as sellers, during this pandemic there have been changes in delivery schedules.
SiCepat / Anter Aja / JNT:
Delivery is only done Monday – Saturday. Red date including Sundays there is no delivery, because the courier also does not pick up / holiday.
All orders that enter before 11 noon (pick up will be clicked on the same day, including SiCepat, Anter Aja).
Orders that arrive after 11 noon, will be processed on the next working day
Regarding when the package arrives to the buyer, everything depends on the expedition. If we as the seller have clicked pick up, but the package is not picked up by the fast agent / Anter Aja or the buyer is experiencing delays in receiving the package due to both This service is beyond our control as sellers.
The choice of courier services is entirely the right of the buyer.
The receipt number will be inputted directly by the expedition service provider to Tokopedia because it uses the JOB system.
NB: Based on our experience in the field, if an order with AnterAja is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED using insurance. Because once the package we submitted to AnterAja’s courier was lost. Once again the choice of delivery service is the right of the buyer. X a lot
